Join us November 23th from 1pm-4pm for a intimate tasting style 5-course dinner at Brush Sushi Izakaya. Chef Jason Liang will take you through the intricate 3-knife process of cutting down a whole blue fin tuna. In this limited seating dinner guests will have a firsthand look at the masterful process of preparing a whole fish.
