About the Event

Join us February 22th from 1pm-4pm for an intimate tasting style 7-course dinner at Brush Sushi Izakaya. Chef Jason Liang will take you through the intricate 3-knife process of cutting down a whole blue fin tuna. In this limited seating dinner guests will have a firsthand look at the masterful process of preparing a whole fish. Over the course of the night guests will not only learn but also experience the flavor of Japan's most sought after fish.
